Retreat frame
Welcome to a week-long Red Sea retreat in Egypt dedicated to exploring yourself in an eco-resort environment with wild dolphins. There will be activities on the shore like yoga, chi gong, meditation, and group meetings for sharing and processing. There will be craniosacral water treatments next to the beach and full days of boat tours for treatments in the sea in the presence of wild dolphins.
This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in nature with a group of other therapists, to regenerate, explore, exchange and live new experiences within the richness of the Red Sea and its incredible beauty. During the week we will prepare ourselves to go out to the sea to meet wild dolphins. The eco-resort near Marsa Alam is an ideal environment to slow down, explore and take good care of yourself. There is the possibility to snorkel or scuba dive in the incredibly rich and beautiful house reef.

Retreat eco-resort
The eco-resort Marsa Nakari is part of the Red Sea Diving Safari and lies on the coastlines of Marsa Alam. It is reached after a 1 hour bus ride from the Marsa Alam Airport. Accommodation will be in Bedouin tents close to the beaches of the resort. Snorkeling and scuba diving is possible right in the house reef. Gear can be rented on site.
Travel
Group travelling is possible with the following direct Easyjet flights...
- from Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) October 14th at 12.55 to Marsa Alam Airport (RMF)
- back from Marsa Alam Airport (RMF) October 21st at 18.00 to Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP)
Other flights are of course individually possible. There will be a bus going from Marsa Alam Airport to the eco-resort. To get a reasonable price, it is recommended to purchase the flight tickets as early as possible. At the moment (January 2023), booking a flight with Easyjet for October costs around € 150 round trip. Other airlines may have good offers too. Every participant is responsible for her/his travel bookings.
Retreat accommodation
There are 3 types of accommodation...
- double or single occupation standard Bedouin tents
- double or single occupation royal Bedouin tents
- double or single occupation hut
- double or single occupation deluxe chalets
All tents, huts and chalets have sea view. Chalets have their own bathroom, for the huts and tents they are common.
We have reserved a certain number of tents, huts and chalets for the whole group. Single tents, huts and chalets are available with an extra fee but the number is limited. According to your choice the price of accommodation varies by ± € 100 approximately.

Family members, partners or friends
It is possible for your family members or friends to join you on the retreat. They though cannot participate in the group activities. They are welcome, however, to join the two 1-day boat trips to the dolphins (the cost is € 55/person). All the meals will be taken with the whole group every day. The price of accommodation for an adult is around € 500 varying by ± € 100 approximately according the style.
Retreat fee
The retreat fee is € 1'400 including accommodation in a double occupation royal Bedouin tent (± € 100 approximately according the style of accommodation), all the meals, group meetings, offshore and in water treatments and two 1-day boat trips to the dolphin house where the wild dolphins live. Snorkeling and scuba diving are booked and paid separately and individually.
Conditions of participation
The ability to communicate in English. Ongoing practice of craniosacral therapy, somatoemotional release and one of the following two classes taken in the last five years:: Brain speaks 1 or Beyond the cranial base. The 1-day class States of consciousness and therapeutic presence is highly recommended. We offer all these classes in August/September this year.
Registration
To register for the retreat and save a place, a chf 500.- deposit per participant is to be made, if possible before February 15th. The deposit is nonrefundable after February 28th 2023. It is recommended to get a travel insurance to cover the full retreat.
